How to play:
Each player starts with 7 cards
Match cards by color or number with the card on top of the discard pile
Special action cards include Skip, Reverse, and the infamous Clothes Exchange Card
Draw cards if you can't play until you get a match
First player to empty their hand wins
Don't forget to yell "UNO!" when you're down to one card, or face the penalty
